Report on the activities of the Annual Meeting Fly Tying Committee
1. Produced the tiers registration form and invite letter.Developed a list containing 305 tiers from the US and 18 international.Councils. The table below lists the Councils in the FFF and the number of tiers now in our database.

2. Added 6 TU Colorado tiers and looking for more.
3. Developed a personal letter for the Buszek award recipients asking them to attend the conclave.
4. We have been working on obtaining promotional materials for the demonstration tiers and the BBQ. So far, we have received conformation from Dean Childs Wasatch Custom Angling Products for donation of tying tools for the BBQ. (he will send me photo's) Still working on Tom Whiting.
5. Working on the show floor plan with Bob Long, Bud Frasca and Jessica.
6. There will be a Fly Tying Theater in Loveland. Working on acquiring the equipment for the Fly Tying Theater.
7. Looking for a local team to help me during the Conclave.
8. Looking for the next Standing Fly Tying Chair.
