Any registrations received after July 1 will not be accepted.

Additional guests or late requests accommodated only by special arrangement on a space available basis, as this event is for tiers and their spouses. There will be a $15 charge for late registrations or for additional guests, if there is room.

The BBQ will be held at Sylvan Dale Ranch, their website is http://www.sylvandale.com. Sylvan Dale ranch is approximately 7 miles west of Loveland. Head west out of town on US Highway 34 (there is a Kmart and a Walgreens at this intersection if you need any last minute items). The Ranch entrance is located between mile markers 84 and 83. Turn right at the wooden Sylvan Dale sign just before you enter the Big Thompson Canyon. Follow the entry road past the stables, turn right after you cross the River, and continue to the office at the far end of the parking lot, approximately 0.3 miles from the highway.
